I have been using a bipolar device with a small loop of Olympus in my hospital for the last 2 years but I tried a new bipolar device (Autocon III 400) of Karl Storz for transurethral enucleation of prostate on 27 May, 2019 for the first time in Korea. Good maneuverability!

- 15 min of morcellation

- 1 min of removal of a small hard nodule with a forcep
