Buried Stones in Nephrocalcinosis

A middle-aged woman with bilateral stones (both large and small stones) was referred from local hospital and she complained of Rt flank pain.

First, I tried Mini-PCNL (18Fr) on the right side. However, no stones were found in the renal pelvis and the lower pole calyx. Then I tried the flexible ureteroscopic exam.

I found a small protruding stone which looked like a papillary or a submucosal stone. I tried dusting the stone as you can see the following video.

I could not find the other many buried stones in other calyces in both of the kidneys with the flexible ureteroscope. What is your next option?
