Sometimes I use a dual lumen catheter which has two working channels. One is connected to a suction bottle with a 3 way connector and the other is connected to the irrigation fluid line. The dust irrigation efficiency depends on the location of the catheter tip and sometimes it works great.

For this procedure, we should use a 11/13Fr ureteral sheath because the size of the dual lumen catheter is 10 Fr. I am not sure whether there is a significant difference in the severity of postoperative ureteral injury between 10/12Fr and 11/13Fr ureteral access sheaths.
