BPH enucleation w/ Thulium fiber laser

This video clip is showing the mucosal incision procedure during left-sided BPH enucleation of 70g prostate.

Thulium fiber laser was very effective for BPH enuclation and bladder stone fragmentation to me.

Please compare it with Thulium:YAG CW laser and Holmium laser. Do you think Thulium fiber laser is better for BPH enucleation than Thu:YAG laser?
