Embolization after mini-PCNL

One of my patients underwent embolization 3 days after PCNL. Although I actively embraced miniaturized PCNL (percutaneous nephrolithotomy) in 2013 for the first time in Korea to reduce complications and to increase safety for patients with large renal stones, I couldn't have avoided embolization completely in my PCNL history. This is my 2nd case of embolization after mini-PCNL but I feel that the speed of bleeding becomes slow and the conservative management with transfusion is available until embolization as a result. Ultra-mini-PCNL can be more helpful than mini-PCNL?
