I think that the 120W Holmium laser seems to be invented to minimize vaporization procedure time by better energy utilization and improved hemostasis.

Furthermore, the repetition rate was increased from 50Hz to 80Hz, providing superior dusting capabilities. Does it really eliminate the need for stone retrieval, shortening RIRS duration? What would be the setting for each surgery of RIRS, MPCNL?

80Hz with short pulse: 0.2 vs 0.5 vs 0.8 J

70Hz with long pulse: 0.2 vs 0.5 vs 0.8 J

70Hz with middle pulse 1 J

60Hz with middle pulse 1.5 J

20Hz with middle pulse 4 J

20Hz with short pulse 5 J
