UPJ narrowing and stone dusting

We occasionally encounter UPJ narrowing with hydronephrosis and no access sheath can be available in this situation. (fluoroscopic pictures) In this case, UPJ narrowing was induced by a long-term impacted UPJ stone. You can see the edematous change of ureteral mucosa (the second ureteroscopic picture). I performed dusting technique instead of basketing in this case.
