Bipolar enucleation of prostate (Autocon III 400)

I have been using a bipolar device with a small loop of Olympus in my hospital for the last 2 years but I tried a new bipolar device (Autocon III 400) of Karl Storz for transurethral enucleation of prostate on 27 May, 2019 for the first time in Korea. Good maneuverability!

90gram of prostate with mild IPP (intraprostatic protrusion)

- 15 min of morcellation

- 1 min of removal of a small hard nodule with a forcep
