Post-SWL ureter injury

There were three 4mm-sized stones when the patient visited a local clinic and he underwent SWL three times. We can see the dye extravasation through the ureteral injury site and the limitations of performing IVP for ESWL. Finally, the patient was referred to my hospital to undergo RIRS.
