PCN between radiologists and urologists who favor supine PCNL

You can see the point at the posterior axillary line in the space between the lower rib margin and the pelvic bone. This is the Dr Guido Giusti's position for supine PCNL. However, there is a PCN tube in another point more posteriorly than the Giusti's point. You can see the differences of the PCN tract between radiologists and urologists.
