Allen F. Morey's MPCNL live surgery using 15.5Fr nephroscope (Olympus) and 5Fr ShockPulse SE.

Patients in the prone position and he used a stone basket and flexible URS to remove stone fragments in the ureter.

I don't agree to this kind of approach. He should've chosen the supine position. No vacuum cleaner effect without initial ureteral blocking.
